    Yes God "knows" our dreams and desires of our heart, but He did not give us those desires unless they are alined with His word... and most of the time our desires are not! The word says "the heart is decitful" so therefore God counld'nt have "givin us" those desires! He will order our steps when THEY are allined with his Will and word! Joel Osteen is a nice man who has no clue who God is!
